[melkjug-dev] Trac moving / downtime morning of 4/2

Hey,

Jeff and I will be moving melkug's Trac instance over to http://oss.openplans.org
tomorrow morning. There will be some brief downtime while we're
moving things around and testing. I'll also set up some redirects to
make sure ticket links in emails, etc. still work. As a follow-up we
will probably split off a http://sites.openplans.org trac instance for
melkjug.org deployment related issues.

I'll post an update when this is complete.
