[12:43pm] tilgovi: noticing some strange problems today
[12:44pm] tilgovi: inspecting the mash of my feeds on
dev.melkjug.org shows that there are a lot of strange '\n's about.
Similarly, when I export an OPML there are superfluous newlines in
the middle of filter addresses.
[12:44pm] tilgovi: Even when I eliminate these, I get an error
importing the OPML on the melkjug.org live site

Hey Randall,

Josh noticed these too on the fetching side, there is a ticket in for
it if you discover any additional info:

http://trac.openplans.org/melkjug/ticket/309

I remember you mentioned that you reposted some of your mixing specs
over to dev at some point. I know that the validation on the inbound
side is ... rather light to say the least. Is it possible they were
introduced during that operation?

absolutely possible. The issue as pointed to by Josh excerpts a log which
shows a feed from my jug. It's probably the result of me forging a /config
post. But maybe this indicates we need a little more validation there.
